Yes! Karam MD ships internationally. We ship all international orders using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means that all tax and applicable duties are paid at checkout-no surprises at delivery!

International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, shipping times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

We’re happy to offer free shipping to Canada and the UK on all orders; however, please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and will appear at checkout under the “shipping” category—but rest assured, this is not a shipping fee. It simply reflects the required government import costs, and your order is still being shipped free of charge from our end. We’re working hard to make the international experience as smooth as possible and truly appreciate your understanding!
