Pause subscriptionUpdated a month ago

While our system does not allow for a subscription to be paused indefinitely, you can pause it for up to 3 months. To do this, login to your account on Karammdskin.com. Once logged in select "Click here to manage subscriptions."

Select the subscription you want to pause by clicking "Manage this subscription." (Please note that each item is considered it's own subscription so changes need to be made to every item you would like them applied to. Trifecta counts as ONE item).

From there you can skip your next shipment, reschedule it for any future date. Since there is no indefinite pause option so choosing a future date when you would like your orders to resume shipping is our suggestion. 

If you are unsure when you would like to begin receiving orders again, you can cancel your subscription and re-activate it when you're ready.
